At Freez Clothing, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and have all original Freez Clothing tags still attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest post office or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
